At MyBlueprint Wellness, our coaches don’t just teach fitness, nutrition, and women’s health—they live it. Both coaches are certified in Fitness, Nutrition and GLP-1 support -  but more importantly, we’ve been there. We understand the uncertainty and change that can accompany this stage of life because we’ve experienced it ourselves. We’ve learned how to rebuild strength, confidence, and balance—and we’re here to help other women do the same.

Meet Emily: Your Partner in Holistic Wellness

Fitness Trainer.  Nutrition Coach. Longevity Expert.
 

With a bachelor's degrees in both Psychology and Women’s Studies and certifications as a Health Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Emily brings both academic insight and real-world experience to her practice. But MyBlueprint Wellness wasn’t born in a classroom or a gym—it grew from Emily’s own journey toward balance, self-acceptance, and sustainable health.
 

For years, Emily chased perfection—scales, calories, numbers, and ideals that never led to peace. Through cycles of restriction, overtraining, and frustration, she learned a profound lesson: Lasting wellness is rooted in consistency and authentic connection

From "All-or-Nothing to All-in-Balance"

Emily’s true turning point came in her early 40s. She began experiencing a confusing cluster of symptoms—itchy ears, gut pain, joint inflammation, and a trio of autoimmune diagnoses. Each specialist treated these issues separately, but no one asked the bigger question: how are your hormones?

That realization changed everything. When Emily recognized that the root of her struggles lay in perimenopause and hormonal changes, she began to rebuild her health from the inside out. Then, she became the coach she desperately needed during that chapter of her life. 

Through MyBlueprint Wellness, Emily helps women navigate this same transition with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Her approach is built on:

Meet Shawn: Your Partner in Aging with Strength

Educator. Athlete. Mother. Longevity Specialist.
 

With over three decades spent as a veteran educator and instructional coach, Shawn knows that true growth requires the right framework. But after 20 years as a Jazzercise instructor and franchisee, Shawn hit a turning point. She realized that the high-intensity strategies of her 30s were no longer serving her body in midlife.

Through her own personal health evolution, she discovered a vital truth: To thrive in our 50s and beyond, we cannot simply work harder—we must work differently.

From "Staying Busy" to "Staying Strong"

As a Longevity Coach, Shawn combines her 31 years of pedagogical expertise with a deep passion for midlife wellness. She helps women navigate the unique physiological shifts of aging, moving away from "quick fixes" and toward a lifestyle built on:

  • Functional Strength: Building the muscle mass necessary for bone health and lifelong independence.

  • Metabolic Resilience: Supporting the body through hormonal shifts with science-backed nutrition and movement.

  • Sustainable Vitality: Creating habits that fit into the "sandwich generation" lifestyle of career, kids, and growing families.
     

Why Shawn?

Shawn understands the juggle. Whether she is coordinating Title I programs for elementary schools, supporting her active teenage boys, or preparing for the arrival of her first grandchild, she lives the reality of a busy, multifaceted life. She doesn’t just teach longevity; she models it.
